Gena shoes have an adjustable heel (convertible shoes). They are the invention of Cherre Hermongena of Singapore and had a successful Kickstarter campaign in summer of 2017. Featured in this video are the classic black leather pumps, which are a closed-toe “perfect pump” that's appropriate for work and functions where sandals may not be appropriate (Gena does stock open-toed shoes and sandals as well, but I already own a pair of convertible sandals). The stainless steel heels can go from low heel to high heel in seconds — the low heel being 5cm (2 inches) and the high heel being 9cm (3.5 inches). These shoes are stable up to at least 100kg (220 lbs).
